out of freakin' nowhere felt like binge-listening to H.I.M (the band) although my interest had been kind of moderate in the early 2000's; perhaps because deep down i thought it had that music + aesthetics feel meant for rebel (pre)teen girls loving the movie "twilight", even though "twilight" had not yet been made at the time?? 😂 .....anyhow, felt quite random recently. then realizing like half of their studio albums were missing from my music library. yyyooops. well. i am now fully up-to-date thanks for the magic of ze internets. & right on ville valo's birthday, according to the wiki anyway. at 42 i can still swoon a bit, ok??!

truth is i haven't really given two sh*ts about la ronde past the "six flags" takeover, but damn. it's just way beyond repair at this point. i mean, the place has long been destroyed with the several old rides missing (i could go on and on) + extra lousy opening hours + RIDICULOUS rules.....but this is the cherry on top. bra-vo. being born in the 80's was so damn clever on my part. yes, i'm convinced i planned it that way!! so long, farewell.
