last day before vacation

WEDNESDAY 8TH;

dinner at casa grecque with mom for chantal & i's birthdays. afterwards went back to my place to give her gifts:

didn't want cake this year but apparently chantal wasn't aware of it:

second-to-last day before vacation

TUESDAY 7TH;

punky had her home vet appointment in the afternoon. after a month of hyperthyroidism medication (w/ proper dose this time vs earlier failed try!) her numbers from dropped from 103 to 68. we're aiming 10-30 w/ 60 max. so, while it's really good news we're not quite there yet = increased dose prescribed for the next while.

stopped by the post office to pick up of my packages being held hostage cuz of stupid duty fees. *roll eyes*

arriving straight from the UK, my (rather expensive) "pillow with a hole"! pillow, introducing you to my piercings. piercings, introducting you to your new best friend.

2nd trip to rona for slabs. the guy working there was extremely kind and understanding when it came to my OCD not caring to buy ugly/damaged slabs. 😂 he really helped me out picking great ones.....until he sliced his hand open with a goddamn slab! shit!!!! then he even to emergency call another worker who was not as helpful. oh, man. mom later helped him out with her little bandaids kit. hahhahahah.
