| but i wasn't aware it was THAT kind of issue prior to calling the tech guy (!!), already dreading having to go work at the office because of my stupid new laptop. but once i got in the know, selfishly i was just quite thrilled not to be the only one dealing with this crap. 😂

| swear to gawwwd. between punky's home vet appointment on the tuesday + the monthly zoom meeting with my boss the thursday, what a goddamn rollercoaster week. uhhhh.
