| post receiving a bunch of rain as remains of tropical storm debby, let's just say it was pretty much over by evening. nevertheless that's when the lights started flickering (oh nooooesss) to finally cut off around 9:15pm. sulk. after finding my flashlights and given that the fact it didn't seem to want to come back immediately, i tried to think of stuff to do in the meantime. only thing i could find was to get the scissors and cut more shirts towards my clothes-altering projects. the electricity only came back around 11pm, so 1h30 later. could've better, could've been worse. just sucks for a friday night!

| not long after electricity was back + hearing a loud noise outside:

| silly punky came RUSHING back inside the house completely soaked!!!! π giving mΓ©mΓ¨re one hell of a scare and obviously dropping puddles all over the house. π wowz, what a fun evening. i can only assume she slipped to the bottom of the empty pool where some water had been accumulating from the downpour...?? anyway, her heartbeat was crazy!
