| unfortunately & to her dismay, too-pregnant-eryn couldn't join me for this one. nevertheless..... THE RASMUS, LET'S GOOOO.

| while lining up i did something unusual for me and approached "strangers from the internet". 😱 (hahhahahah) which i guess paid off cuz we sort of became best friends for the evening. actually, wait. i'm lying a bit. not ENTIRELY strangers since i'd seen sandra's name pop up during FB online discussions, and we did have a quick comment exchange once. however nothing outside of that. |

| we all had VIP tickets and i kept hoping the damn rain wouldn't frizz up my hair. eventually got inside the venue. lined up for the meet & greet... |

| as expected, it went by really freakin' quick. i chatted w/ eero while sandra + sister + friend were with the other band members. when he asked for my name, which—granted—is an uncommon name for any person not speaking french, i first spelled it out but then figured it'd be clearer to show him a piece of ID. showed him my credit card and he went; "great, now let's go shopping." bwahhahahaha. we eventually ended the conversation talking about.....alanis morissette. effin' random, right? like. um, what?? 😂 barely had time to say a word to the others afterwards, but hey. that's usually the deal with meet & greets. still managed to squeeze in a group hug! |

| we did NOT get a signed VIP pass as promised which i'm kinda bummed out about. i had to improvise and get one of those small promo papers that they had on the merch table to get signed. |

| TBH i was scared of looking overly fat next to emppu however thank god for black clothing which, turns out, really IS slimming. hahahhaha. |

| early entry = hello easy 1st row. the stage was so low and we weren't even allowed to lean on it, thankfully i had sandra's (pregnancy) wheelchair to grab onto to help with my backaches!! |

| TERRIFIC SHOW energy in the air was crazy!!! setlist was A++ too! guess just disappointed about the gorilla (*cough* security guy) wouldn't let me have one of the setlists after the gig, but at least i'm thrilled sandra got to have it since she's the true longtime ultimate fan. |

| earlier in the evening we'd also encountered other fans who were super nice, so i even managed to get a ride back home with catherine + bf. i know, i know. getting in cars with strangers again. *headshake* a little weird but the vibe was right. hush hush (& cheers to a good time!) |
